This elevate Medium Cone Shell Charm w/Diamonds is handmade from solid 14k gold, diamonds, and a sturdy Ivory Cone Shell (Conus eburneus) found on the beach in Hawaii. A single reverse set diamond is embedded on bottom of the shell.
