Tabasco Geode Earrings with Purple Sapphires

These one-of-a-kind earrings are handmade from 14k gold, beautifully cut purple sapphires, and miniature Tabasco geodes which are found only in Zacatecas, Mexico. They're also known as Illialites and they are the world's smallest geodes! The outer rind of the geodes are agate, and inside are perfectly formed quartz crystals that are so sparkly when the light hits them and moves across their facets- pictures do not adequately capture the fine sparkle! About 2" (5cm) L. Sapphires weigh 0.65 CT.
