Claw Set Tabasco Geode Stud Earrings

These unique stud earrings are handmade from 14k gold and miniature Tabasco geodes found only in Zacatecas, Mexico. They're also known as Illialites and they are the world's smallest geodes! The outer rind of the geodes are agate, and tiny, perfectly formed quartz crystals line the cave in the center. These crystals are so sparkly when the light hits them and moves across their facets- pictures do not adequately capture the fine sparkle! Diameter of geodes is about 5/16" (7mm)
