Each Salty Girl Jewelry piece is made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for each order, but it may very well be in your mailbox sooner. Delivery time depends on what we currently have in stock as well as where we’re shipping to. Express shipping not available due to the time consuming, handmade techniques used to make our jewelry.
Shipping & Handling
We usually ship USPS ground and all packages are insured. If you need your order sooner we can try our best to accommodate you. Expedited orders are only possible if we have the piece that you want in stock. Contact us with your special requests. Shipping to anywhere in Hawaii and Alaska is free! Shipping to the continental USA is $3, Canada is $4, and international shipping is $6. For shipments outside the continental USA, please email us at email@example.com. Customers are responsible for international taxes, duties, and refused shipping charges.
We accept all major credit cards and checks. Our checkout is done through PayPal which operates with the highest level of security. Please contact us directly with your order if you’d like to pay with a personal check.
We fabricate each jewelry piece by hand with care and attention to detail. We use high quality materials from reputable resources. Any variations in color, size, or inclusions in gems or pearls are a natural part of the materials. The jewelry in the photos on this website are not actual size. Dimensions are given in the listing of each jewelry piece. Our gold plating is thick and will not wear off easily. We guarantee our plating and will refinish any of our jewelry for free if the plating wears off. Please contact us for instructions if you need replating services.
Cancelations & Returns
Once we process an order it cannot be canceled. We really want you to love what you buy from us, but if you are truly unhappy with your Salty Girl jewelry piece and want to return it, please do so within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Pieces must be unworn or lightly worn, and in excellent condition. Please contact us before sending any returns back to us and we will give you further instructions. We will not refund shipping on either end of the return. For any special or custom orders, all sales are final.
If your jewelry is in need of repair please contact us and we will give you shipping instructions. Charges will apply unless the jewelry was defected when it came to you. We will email you with costs and details of the repair before we begin working on it.
